About Us
Established in November of 2020.
What started as a small, humble little Restaurant has become a small, mighty, and still humble Hospitality Group.
República & Co. is composed of a group of Restaurants, Coffee Shops, a Coffee Roastery, and a Bakery.
All built within the span of two years.
Our Purpose:
To create the greatest Mexico-Forward restaurant group in the Americas by challenging the way (Mexican) culture, food, and people are perceived.
Our Mission:
To empower Women, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC individuals by helping co-launch and co-own their own establishments under our guidance, mentorship, and financial support.
Our Goal:
To double in size and influence annually for 3 years, using our Purpose and our Mission as the scale for measuring growth.

From a small home-based coffee roasting operation at the height of the pandemic, to running two of the Best Restaurants in America!
In the summer of 2020, we re-opened the doors to our small café and created a Pop-Up space where local makers could sell their goods at no cost to them.
Within days, La Perlita transformed into much more than just another café.
In the Fall of 2020, we launched República and the rest...
well, the rest is history.
